Blogging via Flickr

It’s the first time I’ve really played with my Flickr.com account even though I’ve had it for ages. I’m always looking for a sophisticated application that lets me blog via my Blackberry but also allows me to upload photos “from the field”

Flickr seems to suit all my needs. You blog by sending your text and your picture to an email address and Flickr will post automatically. You can tweak the posting template too, but more importantly, you save your images forever!

Flickr offer you an unlimited storage account with added functionality for 25 bucks a year.

Good stuff. This is all done via my Blackberry with an attached picture of an old fire truck from a display in Santa Clara yesterday.
